We invite local businesses to partner with us for the 2026 Moorooka State School Fete, a much-loved community event that attracts a large, highly-engaged local audience. The fete will be held from 12:30pm to 6:30pm on Saturday, 25 July 2026, and promises a fun-filled day for the entire community, showcasing the vibrant spirit of Moorooka State School through our students, teachers and families.

Supporting our school

Moorooka State School is home to over 500 students from Prep to Year 6, and our school community continues to grow. Since 1929, the school has stood proudly on the corner of Sherley Street and Beaudesert Road, serving generations of local families. Supporting the fete is a meaningful way to invest in the future of our local community and its children. All funds raised in 2026 will be invested in priority school improvement projects, upgraded equipment, and enhanced learning resources. Initiatives will be identified through student input, ensuring funds directly support what matters most to our children.
